Meat & Mountains Food Festival brings adventure to Al Ain 

The fire cooking festival takes place in Jebel Hafit Desert Park in Al Ain.

Meat & Mountains Food Festival runs from 9 to 16 December and takes place in Jebel Hafit Desert Park in Al Ain. So, bring your sense of adventure and appetite, as an exciting experience awaits. 

Meat & Mountains Food Festival is a fun-filled foodie experience. Visitors will have the chance to watch the chefs cook the meals before their eyes on grills. The dishes include birria tacos, briskets, smash burgers, and cuts of grilled meats. Plus, there will be snacks, desserts and drinks. 

Meat & Mountains Food Festival also brings together events for the family. Take your pick from kite flying and hiking across the unique landscape. Visitors can make a day or night of it, and visit the nearby Al Ain Zoo or book a stay at the Jebel Hafit Desert Park. Hotels in close proximity include Ayla Bawadi Al Ain, Ayla Grand Al Ain and Radisson Blu Al Ain.

If you’re after other activities in Al Ain, Le Pré has launched an eco-friendly food space in the area. Visitors can choose from Eight Pizza for Italian-inspired pizzas, Popup Burger for classic burgers and Matera for international dishes. Plus, there will be live music nights, which add to the vibe. The site is open until April 2024. 

Meat & Mountains Food Festival takes place from 4pm. Tickets start from AED 360 for adults, AED 90 for children, and under five years old can attend for free. The ticket price includes food and drink.
