This independently owned and chef-operated restaurant is led by Chef-Patron Mario Loi, a culinary expert with a decade-long presence in the regional food scene. Mario, a graduate of the esteemed Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, brings over two decades of experience spanning Europe and the Middle East. Influenced by his Mediterranean roots, Mario’s culinary philosophy is evident in MIKA’s offerings—exceptional, contemporary, and affordable dishes that cater to a diverse audience.
