Porto Gina replaces Circo at the beachfront property, offering a day-to-night dining experience that celebrates simplicity and the comforting authenticity of Italian flavours. The menu presents classic Italian dishes infused with a modern flair, from appealing appetisers to hearty mains and indulgent desserts. Signature dishes include the Burrata di Capri, Pizza Burrata e Tartufo Nero, Ravioli di Gamberi, Risotto alla Milanese, La Divina Cotoletta Milanese, and the timeless classic Tiramisu.
The beverage menu at Porto Gina features the Spritz Veneziano, The Negroni Thymes, and Italian staples like Limoncello and Grappa. Wine lovers will appreciate the extensive wine list, which offers a diverse range to pair with your marvellous meal.
The genius behind the scenes is Chef Andres Luduena. Born in Argentina, Chef Luduena’s heart beats for the flavours of Italy, drawing inspiration from his grandparents’ heritage. His culinary journey around the globe has fueled a passion for crafting unforgettable pasta dishes and paying homage to the rich tapestry of Italian flavours.
Set in a cosy ambience, featuring table-side dish preparations and offering both indoor and outdoor seating options, guests are invited to embark on a culinary journey through the diverse regions of Italy, from Neapolitan pizza to coastal seafood specialities.
