Steve Harvey will host the first Open Fire Food Festival in Abu Dhabi

The festival takes place in February 2024 at Abu Dhabi Hill.

When it comes to food, the UAE knows is onions. Now it’s taking things up a notch, as Abu Dhabi is gearing up to host the world’s first-ever Open Fire Food Festival. Presented by the American TV host Steve Harvey, the event promises to set the capital’s food scene ablaze with open-flame cooking.

Taking place from 24 to 25 February at Abu Dhabi Hill, Yas Marina Circuit, this inaugural event aims to bring UAE residents together to ignite their senses. From exciting competitions to foot-tapping country music, you can expect an unparalleled journey celebrating the diverse culinary traditions with BBQs reigning supreme.

This festival looks set to establish the capital as a global hub for all things food. As the festival unfolds, it will showcase not only the artistry and skill behind open-flame cooking but also the rich tapestry of diverse flavours and cultural traditions that are united through the universal love for food.

As for the tickets, early-bird passes for the Open Fire Food Festival by Steve Harvey are on sale until 4 November. Prices start at just AED 60 for entry and AED 180 for VIP. Children under the age of 12 enter for free throughout the festival. After 4 November, standard ticket prices will kick in, starting at AED 75 for entry and AED 225 for VIP. Weekend passes are also available, starting at AED 96 under early-bird prices and AED 120 at normal prices.
