The homegrown pizza joint, which has drawn countless pizza lovers across Dubai, continues to expand, bringing its artisanal sourdough pizzas to Waterfront Tower in Abu Dhabi. Known for its 72-hour dough-making process, Pitfire Pizza’s unique slow-rise fermentation technique produces wonderful aroma, texture and mouthfeel, making every pizza on the menu highly digestible.
The new Pitfire Pizza Abu Dhabi branch promises an inviting ambience, ideal for family outings and intimate date nights. With seating for 20 indoors and 32 outdoors, diners can sit back in the restaurant’s casual surroundings to indulge in their favourite sourdough masterpieces, complete with a cosy waterfront terrace.
Each crafted with locally sourced produce and handcrafted ingredients, the pizzas are guaranteed to inspire the same values of freshness and craftsmanship that define the quintessential Pitfire experience.
The menu features the full Pitfire line-up, including handcrafted sourdough pizzas, pastas, salads, sides and desserts, all made from scratch. No visit to the restaurant is complete without trying the Garlic Knots. If you love eating your crusts, then this warm wonder is for you. Freshly baked from the oven, it is tied, brushed with herbs, garlic butter, and parmesan cheese.
The signature pizzas come in 10 and 15-inch sizes and can be created as a half-and-half. The pizzas include Bresaola and Rocket, Buffalo Chicken, Pepperoni Primo, and Truff Daddy. And, if you’re still debating about whether to have pineapple on pizza, there is no judgment here, thanks to the Royal Hawaiian.
The desserts hit the spot for classic comfort food. The Blonde Bombshell is a tasty triumph with chocolate chunks, pretzels and salted caramel, while Michele’s Apple Pie tastes like Christmas and mixes apples, cinnamon and nutmeg into a crumbly concoction.
