Pierre Hermé Paris will open its first UAE flagship at Marina Mall Abu Dhabi in September 2026.
The venue will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside pastries, macarons, chocolates and viennoiseries.
Signature creations include Ispahan, Infiniment Vanille and 2000 Feuilles.
The “Picasso of Pastry” will open an all-day dining destination at Marina Mall Abu Dhabi this September.
Abu Dhabi’s dessert scene is about to get a little sweeter. Pierre Hermé Paris is opening its first flagship destination in the UAE, with the celebrated French pâtisserie preparing to welcome guests at Marina Mall Abu Dhabi in September 2026.
While Pierre Hermé already has a presence in the city through Majlis by Pierre Hermé at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, the Marina Mall venue will be the Maison’s first standalone flagship destination in the UAE.
Often referred to as the “Picasso of Pastry”, Pierre Hermé is one of the most recognisable names in contemporary French pâtisserie. The fourth-generation pastry chef began his career as an apprentice to legendary French pâtissier Gaston Lenôtre before working at Fauchon and Ladurée. He later established Maison Pierre Hermé Paris, developing a reputation for creative flavour combinations, precise technique and a fresh approach to traditional French desserts.

At Marina Mall Abu Dhabi, the experience will extend well beyond macarons. Designed as an all-day dining destination, the menu will cover breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside the pastries, chocolates and viennoiseries for which the Maison is famous.
Sweet-toothed visitors will find several of Hermé’s signature creations. The Ispahan, one of his most famous desserts, combines rose, raspberry and lychee, while Infiniment Vanille celebrates different varieties of vanilla. Another highlight will be the 2000 Feuilles, Pierre Hermé’s distinctive interpretation of the classic French mille-feuille.
The savoury menu is equally substantial. Dishes include the Pierre Hermé Chicken Croque Monsieur, Avocado Toast with Confit Egg Yolk and Pistachio Vinaigrette, and Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin served with crushed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and beef jus.

Those looking for a gift will also be well catered for. The flagship will offer Pierre Hermé’s signature confectionery and presentation boxes, including the colourful macarons that have become synonymous with the Parisian brand.
Founded in the late 1990s, Pierre Hermé Paris has developed from a French pâtisserie into an international luxury brand with boutiques, restaurants and retail locations around the world. The Abu Dhabi flagship forms part of its continued Middle East expansion, with Saudi Arabia also identified as a future market.
An exact opening date for Pierre Hermé at Marina Mall Abu Dhabi has yet to be announced.
