The restaurant offers Lebanese-inspired dishes.

The spectacular seafood restaurant, Ibn AlBahr, is expanding from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The homegrown seafood restaurant owned by fishermen and garlanded with a Michelin Bib Gourmand has made landfall in the capital. The new address in Makers District on Al Reem Island takes over the space previously occupied by Cove Beach, pairing honest cooking with a wonderful waterfront setting. Spread across 2,000 square metres and seating 270 guests, the restaurant blends easy indoor comfort with an open deck that steps directly to the waters of the Arabian Gulf.

Ibn AlBahr Abu Dhabi

Ibn AlBahr Abu Dhabi will specialise in seafood and serve Middle Eastern cuisine. Drawing inspiration from Lebanon, the menu at this fisherman-themed dining destination prioritises traditional flavours and freshly prepared ingredients. Abu Dhabi diners will find the signatures they know and love alongside new additions. A Raw Bar serves Carpaccio and Oysters, while generous trays come heaped in familiar formats such as the Crab Tray Provencal. The daily Paella returns, joined by fresh lobster, jumbo prawns, mussels, calamari and clams. The catch of the day is displayed at the counter, and different cooking methods and side sauces are available. Each catch is served with tahini, lemon, garlic, and olive oil sauce.
