Ilios is turning up the volume as DJ Shef Codes takes over the decks, bringing a mix of hip-hop, Afrobeat, R&B, house and Latin sounds to the Aegean-inspired poolside. Expect an afternoon that starts laid-back and sun-soaked before gradually picking up the pace as the day rolls into evening.

Saturday Brunch
Ilios’ Saturday Brunch brings together fresh seafood, mezes and Greek classics in the restaurant’s refined Aegean-inspired surroundings. The three-hour experience begins from guests’ chosen arrival time, giving the afternoon an easy, leisurely pace, while a resident DJ and live entertainment keep the atmosphere upbeat as the brunch unfolds. It is designed for long lunches, good company and a relaxed start to the weekend.

Business Lunch
Ilios’ weekday business lunch offers a choice of set menus, combining Mediterranean-inspired dishes with an Aegean setting. Whether you’re looking for a quick lunch between meetings or have a little more time to relax, the menus offer different combinations to suit the occasion. Each option includes a small bottle of water and a choice of coffee or tea, adding a nice finishing touch to the lunch.
When: Monday to Friday from 12pm to 4pm
Price: AED 145 (one starter and one main) or AED 180 (three courses)
Pool day
Ilios’ poolside experience brings together sunbeds, loungers, cabanas and daybeds with cocktails and dishes from the dedicated pool menu, making it easy to settle in and spend the day by the water. During the week, pool access runs from midday through to midnight, while weekends begin earlier, giving guests more time to make the most of the Aegean-inspired setting.
When: Monday to Friday from12pm to midnight and weekends from 11am to midnight

Negroni Week
Ilios is celebrating Negroni Week with three signature takes on the classic Italian cocktail, bringing a Mediterranean twist to the Aegean-inspired setting. Expect the Negroni di Saronno, Avellana and Negroni Tramonto, paired with a selection of sharing bites including Tuna Nigiri, Salmon Teriyaki, Beef Tartare Bites, Padrón Peppers, Fried Calamari, Florinis Bruschetta, Cantabrian Anchovies and Truffle Fries.
