OFFLIMITS Music Festival 2026 in Abu Dhabi has officially been cancelled.
The festival had been scheduled for 21 November 2026 at Etihad Park.
Shakira, Jonas Brothers, Ne-Yo and Myles Smith were among the announced acts.
The festival had been due to return to the capital in November with Shakira, Jonas Brothers and Ne-Yo on the line-up.
OFFLIMITS Music Festival will no longer take place in Abu Dhabi in 2026. Organisers have confirmed that this year’s edition has been cancelled, bringing an end to plans for the festival’s return following its debut in the capital last year.
The event had originally been scheduled for April 2026 before being moved to 21 November 2026, with Etihad Park set to host another full day of live music across multiple stages. The announced line-up included Shakira, Jonas Brothers, Ne-Yo, Myles Smith, Bayou and Yara Mustafa.
However, OFFLIMITS has now confirmed the cancellation through its official Instagram account. The statement reads: “OFFLIMITS 2026 has been cancelled. All tickets will be automatically refunded through the original ticketing platform they were purchased from. We look forward to welcoming you to next edition of OFFLIMITS in 2027. Further details will follow.”
Ticket holders therefore do not need to submit a refund request, with payments set to be returned automatically through the platform used for the original purchase.
OFFLIMITS made its UAE debut in 2025 as the country’s first open-format music festival, bringing together artists from different genres across a multi-stage set-up. Ed Sheeran headlined the inaugural edition, while the wider line-up included OneRepublic, ARTBAT, Faithless, Fun Lovin’ Criminals, Kaiser Chiefs and Zeyne.
The festival had been preparing to build on that momentum in 2026 with another major international line-up spanning pop, R&B, rock and alternative music. Fans will now have to wait until 2027 for the next edition.
