Miral expands Yas Bay Waterfront with a new adults-focused beach club concept.
Yas Island is about to gain a new stretch of shoreline. Miral has announced that Yas Bay East Beach will officially open to the public on 19 March 2026, bringing a fresh waterfront experience to one of Abu Dhabi’s busiest leisure destinations.
Operated by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, the new beach extends across 290 metres of waterfront and is designed as a contemporary coastal escape for adults. The concept blends laid-back beach lounging with an active lifestyle, giving you the option to switch between sun-soaked relaxation and wellness-driven activities by the sea.
Public access is priced at AED 100 on weekdays and AED 150 on weekends. Children aged between six and 12 receive 50 per cent off, while those under six can enter free of charge. Guests staying at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island will also enjoy complimentary access during their stay.

Beyond the beach itself, visitors can expect a mix of recreational activities including snorkelling, table tennis, badminton and volleyball. From June onwards, the destination will also introduce a calendar of wellness and community-led fitness sessions, including yoga, breathwork, beach bootcamps, HIIT classes and mobility sessions.
The opening also marks another milestone in Miral’s continued expansion of Yas Island’s lifestyle offering. As Yas Bay Waterfront continues to evolve, Yas Bay East Beach adds a new dimension to the destination, pairing beach access with the area’s already established line-up of dining, entertainment and hospitality experiences.

West Beach will be located on the west side of the pier and is expected to open later this year. The family-friendly destination will include restaurants, food trucks, pedestrian walkways, recreation facilities and a beachside play area for children. East Beach will be located on the east side of the pier, and close to Etihad Arena. The destination will include an outdoor fitness space for beach football and volleyball. Plus, the outdoor seating area is a prime spot to watch entertainment, music, sports and the sunset.
Set within Yas Bay Waterfront, the beaches sit alongside more than 20 al fresco restaurants and cafés, as well as Etihad Arena, while remaining within easy reach of Yas Island’s headline attractions, including SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, CLYMB Abu Dhabi and Yas Waterworld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
