Taking place at Abu Dhabi Cultural Foundation from 3 to 8 November 2026, The Rage has a specific theme this year: the 1990s. The event promises to be a gathering, filled with entertainment, food and cultural experiences. Think of it as a marvellous market, where delicious bites, live performances, and activities come together under one roof.
The 90s were a blur of Spice Girls singalongs, Britpop rivalries and mixtapes recorded straight from the radio. Baggy jeans, bucket hats and butterfly clips filled wardrobes, while Tamagotchis demanded constant attention and Pokémon cards became playground currency. Evenings meant watching Friends or The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, renting VHS tapes and battling siblings on the PlayStation. Lava lamps and inflatable chairs decorated bedrooms, portable CD players skipped on every bump, and dial-up internet announced itself with an unmistakable screech. It was the era of disposable cameras, platform trainers and knowing every word to the latest boy band ballad.

For those unversed, The Rage Festival is one of Abu Dhabi’s most popular family-friendly entertainment events. Last year, it took place at Al Maryah Island and Umm Al Emarat Park, while the latest edition will take over Abu Dhabi’s Cultural Foundation, drawing in visitors once again.
