Quoz Arts Fest by Alserkal celebrates art, music and food

Tickets are on sale now for the festival’s tenth edition.

It’s time to paint the town. Now in its tenth edition, Quoz Arts Fest takes place on 28 and 29 January. Celebrating the region’s arts and culture, it takes place across Alserkal and Al Quoz. The event showcases live music, art, contemporary dance, performing arts, food trucks, art installations and wellness. With a whopping 200 activations and 50 creative concepts, it’s jam-packed with entertainment.

This year’s Quoz Arts Fest theme is Shift Away, which creates three fantastical worlds. Visitors will be able to enter portals including Shift to Nature, which challenges the perception of scale; Shift to Cyborg, which explores the digital universe; and Shift to Childhood, which lets you unleash your inner child.

Quoz Arts Fest brings together an exciting line-up of exhibitions from established and emerging artists. Mutek’s data-driven interactive installation raises awareness of climate change. Iregular, a Montreal-based digital art studio, creates an interactive and immersive experience. Plus, the festival is collaborating with Zayed University’s CACE Alumni and will host the college’s alumni exhibition.

After all that art, you’ll work up an appetite. The Good Vibes Market boasts pop-ups of much-loved local restaurants including 21grams, Ugly Noodles, Karak Inc, Maison Duffour and Maiz Tacos. Bringing together the best of the Al Quoz community, there will also be pop-ups from The Courtyard, Aisha Alabbar, Trezora, Cabinet of Curiosity, Antique Boutique x Book Club, Raw Coffee Company and Woo-hoo.

Tickets to Quoz Arts Fest are available now. Early bird tickets start from AED 30. Entry for under 18s and over 60s are free with registration. Join the fun.
