The city has seen a wave of new Mediterranean restaurants open in the past few months, leaving diners spoiled for choice when it comes to wholesome dishes and coastal vibes. Now, the pattern is carrying over into brunch, with seafood and land favourite Cordelia at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm joining the party. Launching on 5 February, the North 37° brunch is set to deliver an exquisite experience designed for the finest tastemakers and offering an allure similar to intimate family gatherings. 

With two packages on offer (AED 400 inclusive of soft beverages and AED 550 inclusive of house beverages and bubbles), guests can expect free-flowing beverages and a range of sharing-style starters, buffet and live-carving stations – all exceptionally curated by Head Chef Thomas Pendarovski. The brunch menu inherits his age-old family recipes passed down the generations through his baba, or grandmother, resulting in mouth-watering dishes that blend modern techniques with the traditional touch of Pendarovski’s Mediterranean roots. 

The North 37° brunch looked to the likes of Italy, Spain, Greece and Macedonia for inspiration, so prepare to embark on a culinary adventure 37 degrees north from Dubai and experience a flavourful explosion of authentic tastes. Also on the roster? A handful of unique experiences featuring fresh oyster shucking as well as a Mediterranean-inspired ‘Sea Salt’ trolley with various flavoured salts and infused olives, allowing guests to sample four distinct flavours and an abundance of sweet endings. 

Additionally, diners will be able to enjoy perfect drink pairings with multiple beverage stations and special smoked Negronis, all available to keep the beverages flowing. Set to take place every Saturday, from 1pm to 4:30pm, the extravagant new brunch can be accented with the ‘After Hour Happy Hour’ at Dip Pool Bar, complete with a 50% discount on selected beverages from 5pm to 7pm. Add in the ambient live entertainment, impressive interiors and warm hospitality, and seafood enthusiasts are set for the weekend.
