At AIZA, guests can embark on a captivating culinary and social journey, while experiencing the perfect harmony of Greek-Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by the Cyclades Islands in the Aegean Sea. AIZA is a fully licensed open-plan venue, with an alluring open-air terrace, where guests will discover a blend of mouth-watering Greek-Mediterranean cuisine, refreshing drinks, and a specially curated line-up of live entertainment – all topped off by stunning views of the world’s largest fountain.

AIZA is adding a touch of spectacular to its launch with a New Year’s Eve celebration – A Night at the Cyclades – on Thursday 31 December, from 8.30pm onwards. Guests will be treated to a special NYE Menu for AED 550 per person, along with amazing views of the fountain shows and The Palm Jumeirah’s firework displays. Plus a live set from world-renowned Greek DJ Thodoris Kokkalis. To top it off, every guest will be given a plate to smash, as per Greek tradition, and say “Goodbye” to 2020.

AIZA’s special NYE Menu features an array of hot and cold starters, including sea bream marinated with citrus dressing and chicken souvlaki with spicy tzatziki. These will be followed by main courses of Greek-style lobster pasta, rib eye steak with fresh herbs and Greek olive oil, lamb shank ladorigani, and a wide assortment of sides. Desserts such as loukoumades with a selection of sauces, mini galaktobourekosouvlaki caramelised ananas with vanilla ice cream, and vasilopita, will provide the perfect satisfaction for any sweet tooth.

The AIZA team’s philosophy is rooted in the culinary magic, hospitality and warmth of service of the Cyclades Islands, and guests can expect to have their taste buds transported to the islands of Santorini, Mykonos, Naxos, and Paros. From Greek cheeses, Kalamata olives and Mediterranean seafood to souvlaki prepared live at guests’ tables and authentic Greek desserts like Loukouma, Baklava and Orange Pie – AIZA sources the majority of its produce from Greece, along with a carefully chosen variety of the freshest locally sourced ingredients.
