The Atlas collection draws its inspiration from Arabic culture.
The streetwear brand Trikko has dropped a new collection. Atlas draws inspiration from Arabic culture, from its lettering to its designs, and it is available now.
The Atlas collection showcases menswear pieces, including a hoodie, jacket, sweater, T-shirt and more. The Arabic Hoodie is made from 100 per cent cotton, features white piping, and includes 3D embroidery of the brand’s Arabic logo. The Desert T-shirt has been a sell-out item – originally released in cream, it now also comes in black.
The founders of Trikko prefer to keep things simple. Behind the streetwear label are two brothers, Ibrahim and Moad, whose story is rooted not in hype but in perseverance and belief.
Born and raised in Spain to an immigrant family, the brothers grew up far removed from the world of global fashion brands. Both attended university, but left in their final year to focus on building a business. In February 2018, Trikko was born in a small room with just €500 and a clear vision. Today, the brand ships to more than 30 countries and hosts events across multiple cities.
The pair explained: “Where we come from, usually people don’t make it out. Let alone building a global brand. If we did it, you can do it. Trikko was born to inspire you through our own process. No matter where you come from, what resources you have, or the people you know, you can find a way. Your favourite rapper, footballer or brand started from zero. Everything is cringe until it works.”
