Winter pop-ups are a staple of the season in the UAE, and one of the most anticipated to return this year is The Mirbad Express. Back at Erth Abu Dhabi, this charming concept brings together nostalgia, festive fun and that cosy winter energy as temperatures drop in the capital.
Running daily from now until 14 December at Erth Abu Dhabi, The Mirbad Express opens its doors from 4pm to 12am. Whether you are planning an after-work wander, a family evening out or a night of shopping with friends, there is plenty of time to explore, snack and soak up the atmosphere.
Now in its 19th edition, Mirbad has been reimagined as a vintage-inspired train, complete with quaint cabins, warm lighting and whimsical details that nod to classic railway journeys. Guests step into a space that feels like a magical locomotive hurtling into a winter wonderland, with twinkling accents and cosy corners perfect for seasonal photo moments.
True to its reputation, Mirbad has curated an impressive lineup of brands. More than 140 local and international labels are taking part, showcasing fashion, homeware, jewellery, art and thoughtful lifestyle finds. It is a place where you can discover emerging designers, pick up unique gifts and support small businesses while you shop for the festive season.
Beyond the retail therapy, The Mirbad Express is packed with entertainment. Expect live performances, aerial gymnasts and roaming winter characters that bring the story of the train to life as you move through the space.
