The Donut Burger at Pickl
Following hot on the heels of a new store opening in Motor City, Pickl has launched a limited-edition donut burger. Yes, you heard that right, donuts and burgers. The Simpsons inspired combination comprises a double cheeseburger, beef bacon and secret sauce wedged between an original glazed donut. The burger will be available until Sunday 1 August at the JLT, Motor City and Madinat Badr locations. AED 65.

The Haute Chicken at High Joint
Homegrown burger brand, High Joint, has teamed up with friend of FACT, Ambika Rajgopal, for a collaboration with her artisanal condiment brand Haute Sauce. With hot sauce on the agenda, the Haute Chicken is not for the faint-hearted and is made with herb grilled chicken, orange infused mayonnaise, cheese, charred pineapple and comes topped with lashings of habanero and coriander Haute Sauce. Following collaborations with Reif Othman and Sausage Fabrique, this could be High Joint’s spiciest collaboration yet! The burger will be available until Monday, 30 August at the Al Manara location. The Potato Bun Burger at IZU Burger
Chef Izu, the acclaimed talent behind popular Dubai restaurants GAIA and Carine, has introduced a curated menu of burgers on Deliveroo. The menu includes the Potato Bun Burger, made with a choice of Australian Wagyu Beef or 150-day grain-fed Canadian Beef and is topped with melted Emmental Swiss Cheese, signature sauce and a soft Potato Bun to soak up the juices. However, don’t sleep on the Izu Fries, which offer thick wedges of potato with a crisp skin and fluffy consistency that come drizzled with a spicy sauce and topped with shavings of fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano and mixed spices.

The Secret Menu Burger at Miss Lily’s Dubai
We all love a secret menu item and this Jamaican hotspot at Sheraton Grand Dubai features a burger that’s only available to those in the know. Only available in limited quantities each night, this burger includes a double beef patty, Cheddar cheese, Miss Lily’s burger sauce, cucumber escovitch and red onions and comes served in a brioche bun and accompanied by fiery jerk fries. If you’d prefer poultry rather than beef, a crispy chicken sandwich is also available.

The Slam Yum Burger at SLAW
New Jumeirah burger joint SLAW has teamed up with Korean brand, Samyang for a limited-edition chicken burger. Available for two days only next week, the Slam Yum is a deep-fried beauty of succulent chicken, marinated in a secret sauce, wrapped in ramen noodles, and coated with a curated blend of spices. To finish, the spiced sensation is smothered in hot sauce and homemade kimchi and cushioned between two potato buns that are sprinkled with sesame seeds and crowned with spring onions and pickled red jalapeño. The burger will be available on Saturday 10 July and Sunday 11 July at the Al Wasl Road location. AED 50
