Dubai’s luxury hospitality scene is on a roll. With openings like Cheval Blanc Maison and Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai on the horizon, the city’s skyline is set to expand. Now, joining this line-up is Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, making its long-awaited debut in Dubai.
Set to open in 2029, Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai will be located in Peninsula Dubai. Overlooking Jumeirah Beach and framed by views of the Dubai skyline, the property promises to celebrate the city’s cultural richness and style.
As with all Rosewood properties around the world, design will take centre stage. The Dubai outpost will seamlessly blend contemporary architecture with nods to local culture. Expect a beachfront venue with thoughtfully curated spaces that encourage you to breathe and soak in the atmosphere.
The hotel and residences will span over 640,000 square feet. the development will feature a 195-key hotel with eight private garden villas, offering guests a resort-like escape in the heart of the city. It will also be home to a private beach and exclusive beach club, four dining venues, a wellness centre, and immersive art and music programmes. Younger guests will have access to the Explorers Club, offering engaging and educational experiences.
Right next door, Rosewood Residences Dubai will raise the bar for branded living in the city. The residential tower will offer 63 residences and five ultra-exclusive beachfront villas with panoramic views. A 24-hour concierge service, spa and movement studio, padel court, private cinema, and a library and lounge will also be part of the development.
Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai are slated to welcome their first guests and residents in 2029. And, if the brand’s global reputation is anything to go by, it will be well worth the wait.
This marks Rosewood’s first foray into Dubai, though not its first in the region. The brand already operates Rosewood Abu Dhabi in the UAE. In Saudi Arabia, Rosewood is thriving in Jeddah, with expansions planned in Riyadh and Amaala soon.
