The electronic duo will perform at Greenwich’s Old Royal Naval College as the riverside concert series returns.

London’s summer concert calendar is taking shape, and BICEP have secured a spot beside the Thames. The Belfast-born, London-based electronic duo are the first act announced for Labyrinth on the Thames 2027, with their BICEP LIVE show heading to Greenwich’s Old Royal Naval College on Saturday 31 July.

Andy Ferguson and Matt McBriar will perform against the venue’s distinctive twin domes, with the River Thames providing the backdrop. Part of the Maritime Greenwich UNESCO World Heritage Site, the setting pairs centuries of architectural history with contemporary electronic music.

BICEP’s only London show of 2027 arrives six months after the release of SLUG, the duo’s third studio album, due on 29 January 2027. The record explores rave influences, breakbeat rhythms, vocal-led tracks and ambient textures.

Speaking about the album, BICEP said: “For this album we really wanted to massively broaden what we do. It felt like a new start for us. We wanted to make a much more varied album than our previous ones and push what people might expect BICEP to sound like. We just wanted an album full of surprises and contrast.”

Labyrinth on the Thames enters its third edition following a 2026 programme that welcomed 76,000 attendees across eight sold-out dates. Previous performers include Moby, The Kooks, Peggy Gou, Dom Dolla, Overmono and Michael Bibi.

Nick Castleman and Michael Dicks, co-founders of Labyrinth Events, said: “We have been listening to BICEP almost obsessively from our earliest days in dance music, and they have been an inspiration to us – they’ve constantly pushed the boundaries of live electronic shows. BICEP’s live show is one of the best out there, putting it in front of the venue’s iconic twin domes, and with the sun going down over the river is exactly the kind of thing we started Labyrinth to do. This will be a bucket list moment for us, and we cannot wait to see this show come to life.”

BICEP LIVE returns after a three-year break, with a sold-out Royal Albert Hall performance scheduled for 26 November 2026. Further artists for the Labyrinth on the Thames 2027 programme will be revealed over the coming months.

Presale registration for tickets to see BICEP at Labyrinth on the Thames is open now, with access beginning at 10am on Thursday 29 October 2026. General sale follows at 10am on Friday 30 October 2026. Both times are UK time.
