Black Irish cocktails lead the offering, with weekend brunch and festive merchandise planned.
The Queen of Christmas is taking her festive cocktail pop-up to Mayfair from 19 November 2026.
London’s Christmas drinks plans are getting a little more Mariah. The Mariah Carey Holiday Bar will make its London debut this winter, with the festive pop-up scheduled to open on 19 November 2026. Mayfair is currently listed as its home, although the exact address has yet to be revealed.
Presented by Bucket Listers, the concept has previously appeared in the United States, combining the singer’s association with Christmas with cocktails featuring her Black Irish cream liqueur. London marks its first international outing, joining a 2026 line-up that also includes Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York and San Diego.
For an artist whose 1994 single “All I Want for Christmas Is You” has become a seasonal staple, a dedicated holiday bar feels like a natural evolution. The pop-up takes that familiar festive connection beyond the speakers, creating a setting where the singer’s music, image and drinks brand share the spotlight.
The wider experience centres on Mariah-inspired décor and interactive moments, giving fans plenty to explore between drinks. It is an invitation to make an occasion of the annual Christmas catch-up, particularly if your group’s festive soundtrack already features the Queen of Christmas on repeat.
At the heart of the cocktail offering is Black Irish, Carey’s own cream liqueur brand. Its range includes Original, Salted Caramel and White Chocolate varieties. Announced drinks include Make My Wish Come True, MC Toasted Tini and Imperfect Angel, though cocktail selections can vary by location.
Weekend brunch bookings are also being lined up, alongside Christmas merchandise connected to the singer. The opening coincides with Carey’s forthcoming festive UK shows, including a performance at The O2.
Pre-sale registration for the Mariah Carey Holiday Bar in London is now open through the dedicated sign-up page. Opening hours, ticket prices and a closing date have yet to be announced.
