Two FACT award-winners, six courses and one memorable evening in Mayfair. Pavyllon London is setting the table for a special collaboration as Yannick Alléno welcomes Jason Atherton on Monday, 26 October 2026. The dinner will mark the final instalment of Pavyllon’s Counter Culture series for the year, giving London diners a chance to see both chefs at work.

Located at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, Pavyllon has already earned its place on FACT’s dining radar. The restaurant took home Best French Restaurant at the FACT Dining Awards London 2026, while Atherton’s Row on 45 has also received FACT Dining Awards recognition in Dubai. For readers familiar with either restaurant, this collaboration offers another reason to book a table.

The evening will pair Alléno’s contemporary French cooking with Atherton’s approach to British fine dining. Each chef will contribute to an exclusive six-course menu, letting guests explore their individual styles within a single sitting.

Among the announced dishes is Alléno’s King Crab Leg, served with farmhouse cream and nori broth. Atherton, meanwhile, will prepare A5 Kagoshima Wagyu Beef with preserved truffle sauce.

The line-up also includes a scallop course from Atherton and sea bass from Alléno, followed by two sweet creations. Atherton’s Japanese Peach Kakigori precedes Alléno’s Not So Classic Mont Blanc, giving both chefs a hand in the evening’s final courses.
