Blind Tiger: A fun speakeasy opens in Turtle Lagoon

Enjoy drinks and DJs at the hip new spot in Jumeirah Al Naseem. 

We love a speakeasy at FACT. There’s something about a secret venue, especially a hidden door, which gives it a sense of exclusivity. So, we were thrilled to hear that a new speakeasy was opening – Blind Tiger.  

Blind Tiger is located in Jumeirah Al Naseem and is scheduled to open this November. Nestled in Turtle Lagoon, you may well hear Blind Tiger before you see it. The new nightlife hub will be buzzing with energy, and aims to be the go-to spot for a pre or post-dinner drink. Plus, thanks to the exciting line-up of DJs, you can party until the early hours. 

The bar and nightlife venue will be a place where you can let your hair down. The creators chose a name to fit that mood, as you are encouraged to turn a blind eye and unleash your inner tiger. Judging by the released images, it looks like a fun place with Art Deco meets animal touches – the statement tiger print on the floor certainly got our attention. 

Guests will want to indulge in the venue’s creative cocktails. The drinks range from the BT Boulevard with shitake mushroom and chocolate vermouth, to the Zen Express with pistachio, coffee and a secret scent. Plus, there is an extensive whisky list, a wide selection of cigars and a menu of light nibbles. 

As for Turtle Lagoon, it is a sanctuary for turtles. Jumeirah Al Naseem is home to the Dubai Turtle Rehabilitation Project, which protects and rehabilitates sick and injured turtles. The centre is open daily to the public and is free to visit. 

Blind Tiger is open daily from 5pm to 2am. So, come for the turtles and stay for Blind Tiger.
