Award-winning Trèsind team open Maison de Curry

The exciting menu explores the evolution of the humble curry around the world.

Trèsind fans, listen up. The team behind the critically acclaimed restaurant have created a new concept: Maison de Curry. With curry at its heart, the new venue has opened in Dubai and takes diners on a tour of the world’s greatest curries.

Maison de Curry is located on the strip of Souk Al Bahar. Head Chef, Paritosh Sharma, who was behind A Cappella on Palm Jumeirah, is heading up the kitchen. The new venture is in exciting hands, as he has more than ten years of experience and worked on the pre-opening of the award-winning Trèsind as well as Carnival by Trèsind.

Maison de Curry’s diverse food menu brings together influences from Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. The menu explores the evolution of the humble curry while providing the finest ingredients. Plus, the creators have drawn inspiration from their own nostalgic curry memories, from childhood to travel experiences.

Inside, guests will find a fully licensed bar, which serves a wide selection of beverages, wines and classic cocktails. Plus, if your go-to combo is curry with a beer, it serves premium lagers from around the world.

Across Maison de Curry, there is a bar, lounge, dining area and terrace, which includes Dubai Fountains and Burj Khalifa views. The Asian-inspired décor has modern and traditional touches, from rattan wood windows to decorative murals. Plus, there is an open kitchen, so you can watch the chefs at work.

If the success of Trèsind is anything to go by, then Maison de Curry should be on your restaurant radar. The Trèsind brand is a charming homegrown success story, and one of the most critically acclaimed restaurants in Dubai. Trèsind Studio in Palm Jumeirah’s Nakheel Mall, has been awarded one MICHELIN Star and was named Restaurant of the Year at the FACT Dining Awards Dubai for the past three years running.
