Daytime dining has arrived at SUSHISAMBA Dubai

The Vivo Business Lunch launches this Friday.

SUSHISAMBA Dubai quite literally took the city’s dining scene to new heights when it opened its doors last year, serving drinks and dinner 230 metres above Palm Jumeirah. Now, the culinary hotspot is doing the same with daytime dining, launching its Vivo Business Lunch Menu on Friday, 28 January. Served daily from 12pm to 3pm, Monday through Friday, the new offering is set to deliver an atmospheric weekday dining experience through the restaurant’s signature blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisines.

SUSHISAMBA Dubai Review

A mouth-watering two-course meal, the Vivo Business Lunch will offer the ideal solution for elevated business meetings, social catch-ups and more. Set to the backdrop of SUSHISAMBA’s striking 360-degree views, it will be complemented by the à la carte menu, which will offer guests the option to enhance and customise their afternoon meal by selecting additional dishes from SUSHISAMBA’s extensive offering. Ranging from seviches and SAMBA signature rolls to robata delicacies and more, Vivo’s specially curated menu is designed to transport guests on a sensorial journey that enables them to fully experience the restaurant’s famed gastronomical offering.

The two-course lunch – priced at AED 139 per person – begins with the delicately flavoured Miso Soup and offers diners a choice of two starters and a choice of one main course from an all-encompassing menu. Expect to be spoilt for choice with 15 starters that include the Green Bean Tempura, SAMBA Caesar Salad, Peruvian Corn Salad, Sea Bream Seviche, Chilean Seabass Antichucho, Crispy Tofu Taquitos, and Asevichado SAMBA Roll. The second course features a selection of eight of SUSHISAMBA’s most sought-after mains – the legendary Black Cod and Australian Angus Beef included. For the health-conscious, Chef’s Moriawase SAMBA Nigiri Sushi and Maki Selection offers a delectable variety of lighter alternatives.

Meanwhile, the SAMBA Chirasi Sushi, a flavourful and colourful rice bowl topped with creamy avocado, three kinds of fish, salmon roe and Japanese omelette was made to commemorate the business lunch (and is available exclusively to business lunch patrons). As for how SUSHISAMBA’s extended hours will translate over the weekend? The à la carte menu will now be available for lunch guests on Saturdays and Sundays in its entirety from 12pm to 3pm. Cheers to the freakin’ weekend.
