Jiangnan Spring will feature traditional Cantonese cuisine accompanied by a curated menu of vintage pairings.

Jiangnan Spring, a new Chinese restaurant located in Dragon Mart 2, will be opening its doors to guests at the end of the summer, offering curated vintage pairings with modern Cantonese flavours.

Fitted with contemporary motifs of blue, grey and gold that run throughout the restaurant, Jiangnan Spring is structured like a maze, where the restaurant offers guests distinct locations for dining. With a total of 14 private dining rooms ideal for entertaining friends, family and coworkers, each private dining room comes with a designated music bar area that guests can enjoy.

In that case, the cuisine at Jiangnan Spring offers Dubai’s foodies something new with a decadent menu of Cantonese delicacies and exquisite beverage pairings, thoughtfully selected by a team of sommeliers. The menu features classics including Peking style roast duck, Cantonese BBQ goose, braised goose feet with abalone sauce and charcoal-grilled beef steak.
