Ray’s Grill, situated high above the capital on the 63rd floor of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, has a new surprise in store for diners in the capital, and it’s likely to upstage the venue’s fantastic city views.

Le Petit Chef, the interactive dining experience has been upgraded with a new story and new dishes to celebrate a new culinary season at the hotel.

Taking theatrical dining to new levels, the latest iteration of Le Petit Chef follows in the footsteps of the legendary explorer Marco Polo. Guests will follow the world’s smallest chef on a food-fuelled adventure as he prepares a five-course meal with often comedic results.

During the two hour experience, diners will embark on a culinary journey beginning in France in which a classic French Brandade is served with tomato coulis. This is followed by a jaunt through Morocco for a traditional lamb tagine with spices and fruits. Diners will then join Le Petit Chef in India to indulge in an aromatic Tandoori Chicken, followed by a quick pit stop to China in which steamed sea bream is served before returning to France for the finale – Saffron Brulée.

Using state-of-the-art 3D mapping technology, diners can expect to be dazzled and amazed as plates become part of a visual show and dishes are artfully prepared by the 58mm tall chef.
