Enjoy sky-high views and high-end food at this Chinese restaurant.
Grab those chopsticks, as there’s a new Chinese restaurant coming to Dubai. Mott 32 Dubai is set to open in the luxury hotel, Address Beach Resort, in the last quarter of the year, and it will serve fine dining Chinese food in a traditional way.
Guests can dig into traditional Cantonese dishes and a range of regional Chinese dishes. Mott 32 Dubai’s group Chinese executive chef, Lee Man Sing, is well-known on the Chinese culinary scene, and he will be joined by head chef, Yang Tao, in the kitchen, as the two create a farm-to-table experience.
Get ready for some high-end food and sky-high views, as the upscale restaurant is located on the 73rd floor of Address Beach Resort. The 231-seater restaurant includes indoor dining and an open-air balcony terrace, which boasts stunning views of JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai.
Mott 32 Dubai is designed by the award-winning interior designer, Joyce Wang Studio, and creates a space where East meets West. The décor combines traditional Chinese designs with industrial yet rustic elements.
Mott 32 is already a success in Hong Kong, as it has been serving authentic Chinese cuisine to customers for more than eight years. Today, the acclaimed restaurant can be found in Vancouver, Las Vegas and Seoul. Now, Maximal Concepts, the culinary group behind Mott 32 and other restaurants and bars in Hong Kong, are hoping to emulate that success in Dubai.
Antonio Gonzalez, CEO of Sunset Hospitality Group, explains: “Mott 32 will introduce a new chapter of Chinese dining to Dubai’s restaurant scene. The focus is on sustainability, tradition, and best quality ingredients. It is a restaurant that embodies the culture and philosophy of China that has been shaped from generation to generation. We are excited to share this experience and can’t wait to welcome our guests to this new dining destination.” Count us in.
