The Spice Tree

Executive Chef Sarthak Kochar and his culinary maestros provide a variety of modern Indian, Asian and international speciality dishes, each boasting bold flavour profiles, playful presentation and a unique street food energy. As chef Sarthak explains to FACT, “We add spicy stories, intending to stay true to diversity with a menu for all at The Spice Tree with dishes such as our chef’s special Tadka Momos, which are also known as dumplings or dim sum.”

This particular use of aromatic spices raises the flavour profiles of The Spice Tree’s eclectic a la carte dishes. With the careful and balanced addition of all-natural flavour enhancing spices to fresh core ingredients, The Spice Tree’s culinary team can push the ingredients to new heights. The eclectic menu encourages guests to indulge in unique and exotic creations such as Curr-izaa, a chef’s special pizza that combines the very best of Italy and India on one plate. There’s also Bhatti Ka Murg, cheese Malai broccoli and Aalsi Paneer Tikka straight from the fiery tandoor, imparting an alluring smoky flavour to the dishes. There is also a wide range of vegetarian and vegan dishes, including Tofu Saag Aloo and Patiala Baigan.
