A$AP Rocky set to wow Fans at Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix concert

The American rapper joins Alicia Keys, DJ Fisher, Martin Garrix and Pharrell Williams at Jeddah Corniche Circuit.

Saudi, start your engines because the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2024 is racing into town. One of the highlights is the after-race concerts, which include a star-studded lineup. Previous events welcomed A-listers, from Charlie Puth and Jason Derulo to Justin Bieber and Travis Scott, and this year’s shows are just as exciting. Brace yourselves because A$AP Rocky will be headlining the event on Friday, 8 March.

A$AP Rocky, born Rakim Athelaston Mayers is a rapper, record producer, and fashion icon. He rose to fame in the early 2010s as part of the Harlem-based collective A$AP Mob. His critically acclaimed 2011 mixtape, “Live. Love. A$AP,” propelled him to mainstream recognition. His debut studio album, “Long. Live. A$AP,” was released in 2013 and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.

Rocky’s distinct style, blending hip-hop with alternative influences, caught the attention of the music industry, and he has collaborated with Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna (with whom he is also in a relationship) and Skepta. He has released several successful albums, including “At.Long.Last.A$AP” (2015) and “Testing” (2018). His hits include Everyday, Multiply, Praise The Lord (Da Shine) and Sundress.

Beyond music, A$AP Rocky has ventured into other creative endeavours. He has modelled for high-fashion brands and launched his own clothing line. He has also dabbled in acting, appearing in films like “Dope” (2015) and “Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets” (2017). 

What is the Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix?

The Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix returns to Jeddah from 7 to 9 March 2024. It is the motorsports’ fourth visit to the world’s fastest and longest street circuit, Jeddah Corniche Circuit. Visitors must book tickets to the Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2024 event if they want to see the concerts. Tickets for the race are on sale and start from SAR 100 for general admission and go up to AED 29,200 for Paddock Club access for three days.

With Alicia Keys, DJ Fisher, Martin Garrix, and Pharell Williams also confirmed to perform, A$AP Rocky completes the star-studded lineup.
