Back for its fifth edition, Winter at Tantora promises a month-long extravaganza that showcases the very best of AlUla. Running from 21 December to 27 January, the festival is set to captivate cultural explorers, entertainment enthusiasts, fashion admirers, music fans, sports fanatics, and nature lovers.

Tantora Celebrations: 22 to 31 December

Deeply rooted in AlUla’s cultural history, Tantora Celebrations are all about kicking off the winter planting season. For 10 days straight, Old Town undergoes a magical makeover, turning into a buzzing hive of activity, discovery, and full-on celebrations, all in honour of a tradition that’s been rocking for generations.


Tales After Dark: 22 December to 21 January

This magical journey with light projections up at four awesome spots in AlUla once the sun decides to take a break. Brace yourself for an experience that’s all about turning the night into a canvas of wonder — a perfect excuse to snap some photos for the gram.


Word of AlUla: 22 December to 21 January

This month-long fiesta is all about the Arabic language and culture. Imagine a lineup of cool workshops, mind-blowing exhibitions, chit-chats, and live performances – giving a dive deep into every nook and cranny of Arabic and its impact on art, literature, music, and society.


Shorfat AlJadidah: 22 December and 28 to 29 December

Get ready to groove at the Shorfat AlJadidah concert featuring The Saudi National Music Band. Kicking off the musical fiesta, they’ve got the beloved Saudi National Orchestra and the Egyptian choir Rouh Al Shard bringing their A-game to the stage.

AlUla Citrus Festival: 5 to 6 January and 12 to 13 January
