Catch top DJ David Guetta at Saudi Games 2022 opening ceremony

Riyadh, get ready to party. The superstar DJ David Guetta has been announced as the headline act for Saudi Games 2022’s opening ceremony. Taking place on 28 October at King Fahd Stadium, this is your chance to catch one of the world’s most famous DJs.  

Saudi Games 2022 takes place in Riyadh from 27 October to 7 November, and celebrates sporting talent across the country. The inaugural tournament is welcoming an impressive 6,000 athletes, which represent more than 200 clubs in the country. In total, there are 45 individual and team events, including five para-sports. 

David Guetta hails from Paris, France, and is famous for his electronic beats and collaborations. His hit songs include Titanium, She Wolf and Don’t You Worry. Over his career, he has sold more than 10 million albums and 65 million singles. Plus, he has won Grammy Awads, American Music Awards and Billboard Awards. 

David Guetta is clearly a fan of the region. A firm favourite at MDLBeast Soundstorm, he is coming to the next edition of the music festival, which runs from 1 to 3 December. Taking place on the outskirts of the capital, the festival is like the Glastonbury of the Middle East.

David Guetta is also performing at Qatar’s MDLBeast Aravia, which runs from 21 November to 18 December. The event includes blockbuster concerts alongside nightly raves, which celebrate different musical genres ranging from world-famous DJs to hip-hop artists. The line-up includes Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Fatboy Slim, Hardwell, Rae Sremmurd, Tinie Tempah, and Tyga.
