Comfort Hotel Riyadh Olaya opens in Saudi Arabia

The 88-room hotel is located in the hip and happening Olaya.

If you’re after convenience and comfort, then put Comfort Hotel Riyadh Olaya on your radar. The new hotel has opened in the heart of the capital in the hip and happening Olaya neighbourhood.

The Comfort Hotel Riyadh Olaya is a mid-scale, minimalist property. The site includes 88 rooms across eight floors. The room categories include a Queen Room, Queen Suite, King Room and Efficiency King Suite. Plus, there are three meeting rooms, which can be turned into a conference room holding up to 60 guests.

The hotel is located on Al Thumamah Valley Street and is conveniently close to attractions including Boulevard Riyadh City, King Abdullah Park, Riyadh Gallery Mall and Sky Bridge at Kingdom Center.

Choice Hotels Middle East and Seera Hotels are behind the new Riyadh property. As part of the collaboration, the pair are scheduled to open ten hotels in the Kingdom in five years. The first two hotels, Clarion Jeddah Airport and Comfort King Road Jeddah, opened in 2022. The Comfort Hotel Riyadh Olaya is the third hotel.
