Saudi action-comedy Ras B Ras comes to Netflix

Let the chaos begin.

Movie lovers, there’s yet another blockbuster coming your way. Netflix is all set to release an exciting Saudi live-action movie called Ras B Ras on Thursday, 3 August. The official trailer just dropped and it has heart-pounding action, jaw-dropping visuals and a story that’ll keep you on the edge of your seat.

Ras B Ras, which translates to Head to Head, takes you on a wild ride through the captivating world of Bathaikha, where normal is boring and bizarre is the name of the game. The film follows Darwish, played by Adel Redwan, a clumsy chauffeur trying to make an honest living. But fate has other plans for him when he accidentally picks up a retired crime lord at the airport. Little does he know that this simple mix-up will turn his life upside down. The old man’s gang, hell-bent on protecting their boss, is hot on Darwish’s tail and won’t rest until they get him back. But our hero isn’t going down without a fight. He teams up with Abu Ghadrah, played by Ziyad Alamri, and Fayadh, the newly appointed CEO of Sheikhs’ Chauffeur limo company, played by Abdulaziz Alshehri. Together, they concoct a plan to fool the gang into thinking their boss is still alive and kicking.

It’s a whirlwind of chaos and unexpected twists that will keep you guessing at every turn. Behind the film are Saudi director Malik Nejer and Abdulaziz, himself – the guys behind the popular animated series Masameer County

Ras B Ras will hit Netflix on 3 August and it’s going to be nothing short of spectacular. With its captivating story that’ll have you hooked from the get-go, this film promises to make a serious mark on the world stage. Whether you’re a fan of action comedies or just curious about Saudi cinema, get ready to start streaming.
