Tickets are now available to see Ronaldo unveiled as Al Nassr player

Cristiano Ronaldo will be officially unveiled as a member of Saudi Arabian team Al Nassr at a presentation ceremony this evening.

Football legend Cristiano Ronaldo is now officially a resident of Riyadh. The Madeira-born star signed a 2.5 year contract with Al Nassr on Friday and will now join the team, currently at the top of the Saudi Pro League, as they compete for their 18th league title. 

The 37-year-old footballer has had a highly successful career, scoring over 800 goals for club and country and winning numerous titles including five UEFA Champions League and seven league titles. He also led Portugal to victory in the UEFA European Championship in 2016 and the UEFA Nations Cup in 2019. 

Ronaldo has now signalled his readiness to undergo a new challenge on the Asian stage and adding a league title in Saudi Arabia and Al Nassr’s first-ever AFC Champions League triumph to his long list of achievements. The transfer of Ronaldo to Al Nassr has garnered attention from millions worldwide, as they look forward to following the next chapter in the legendary football player’s career. Ronaldo, known for his iconic number seven jersey, will don the yellow and blue of Al Nassr for the first time and be presented to the team’s fans, marking the beginning of a new era for both the club and the league.

The presentation ceremony, where Ronaldo will officially be unveiled as a member of Al Nassr, takes place tonight (Tuesday, 3 January) at 7pm at Mrsool Park

Tickets to the event are currently available for purchase for SAR 15 via tickets.victoryarena.com. The proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Eagan National Platform for Charitable Work.
