Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche is scheduled to open in 2027.
The development will feature 269 rooms and suites, 21 serviced apartments and 64 private residences.

Jeddah’s luxury hotel scene continues to grow, and one of the world’s best-known hospitality brands is heading to the city’s waterfront. Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Saudi investment company Midad Real Estate to develop Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche, which is scheduled to open in 2027.
Located in the Corniche District, the new-build development will overlook the Red Sea while placing guests within easy reach of some of Jeddah’s most popular attractions. The historic Al-Balad district, Tahlia Street’s shops and restaurants, key commercial areas and the Jeddah Corniche Circuit will all be nearby.
The project will combine a hotel, serviced accommodation and private homes under one roof. Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche will feature 269 guest rooms and suites, alongside 21 serviced apartments designed for both short and extended stays. The apartments will be available in two- and three-bedroom configurations, starting from 116 square metres.
Architecture is being led by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, while Richmond International is responsible for the interiors. Plans include spacious accommodation suited to families, marble finishes and spa-inspired bathrooms.
The residential component will comprise 64 Four Seasons Private Residences, including two penthouses. Homes will range from one to five bedrooms and span approximately 300 to 1,065 square metres. Residents will also have access to dedicated facilities including a private lounge, outdoor terrace, fitness centres and valet services. A Director of Residences and specialist Four Seasons team will oversee the residential offering.
Food and drink will form another major part of the development. Multiple restaurants are planned, including venues with terraces for outdoor dining, alongside an outdoor shisha lounge and cigar lounge. The property will also feature approximately 4,000 square metres of meeting and event space.
Wellness facilities will include separate pools, fitness centres and spas for men and women, while younger guests will have access to the brand’s complimentary Kids For All Seasons programme.
The Jeddah property will add to Four Seasons’ expanding Saudi Arabian portfolio, which includes Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre, Four Seasons Resort & Residences Red Sea at Shura Island and Four Seasons Resort AMAALA.
