Perched on the Jeddah Corniche, the JW Marriott Hotel Jeddah will be a sanctuary for travellers seeking a harmonious blend of luxury and comfort with a seafront touch. The hotel is strategically located close to the commercial hub, with easy access to King Abdulaziz Road and King Abdulaziz International Airport. The Jeddah Historic District, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a 20-minute drive away, offering a cultural escape.
JW Marriott Hotel will be built over 36,235 square metres of land. With 280 keys, including more than 50 luxurious suites, the hotel is poised to set new standards of luxury. The hotel will also house two dining concepts: a chic lobby cafe and a serene pool lounge.
Indulge in relaxation at the Spa by JW, offering a range of wellness treatments. Stay active at the fully equipped gym or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. The residential offering features two towers: Tower One will include 49 floors, and Tower Two will include 43 floors. One podium will include a ground, ground mezzanine and second floor with retail and food and beverage spaces.
The design will include urban design with high-end finishes and functionality. Both of the residential towers are designed to deliver fully finished, high-end residential units with waterfront views.
In addition to JW Marriott Hotel Jeddah, other properties set to open in the city include Four Seasons Hotel Jeddah Tower, Earth Hotel Jeddah, and SO/ Jeddah.
