This stunning retreat sits at an altitude of 3015 metres above sea level on Saudi Arabia’s highest peak, promising an extraordinary blend of natural beauty and cultural richness. 

Soudah Peaks will comprise six distinct development zones: Tahlal, Sahab, Sabrah, Jareen, Rijal, and Red Rock. Each of these zones will offer world-class amenities, including upscale hotels, mountain resorts, residential chalets, villas, premium mansion sites, entertainment venues, and commercial attractions. This luxurious haven is designed to cater to over two million visitors annually by 2033. The plan involves the construction of 2,700 hospitality keys, 1,336 residential units, and 80,000 square metres of commercial space within Soudah Peaks in the next 10 years. Phase one alone, slated for completion in 2027, will deliver 940 hotel keys, 391 residential units, and 32,000 square metres of retail space.
