OIA Downtown: Jeddah’s new $11m ladies’ beach club

The beach club includes a luxurious gym, salon and restaurant. 

Jeddah is home to impressive beach clubs, and they are about to get more impressive, thanks to an $11 million development. OIA Downtown, a new ladies’ waterfront beach club, is currently under construction in Jeddah Walk and is set to open before the end of the year.

OIA Downtown will open in the heart of the corniche on Jeddah Walk beachfront. The beach club will boast beachfront access with spectacular sea views, two pools, a state-of-the-art gym and a salon. 

OIA Downtown aims to be one of the kingdom’s most prestigious ladies-only beach clubs. The venue will transform from day to night, plus it is set to house outdoor cafes, luxurious restaurants and a member’s lounge.

The Saudi leisure and entertainment group, Tarfeeh Fakieh, and the Jeddah-based company, Blue Limits, are behind the management and operations of the new venue.

The OIA brand is no stranger to the kingdom, as there is already an OIA Beach in Jeddah. Famous for its Santorini-inspired décor and dining, we are hoping that the new venue brings those Greek island vibes to the heart of Saudi Arabia.
