Partner Content: Bringing classic Lebanese flavours, contemporary touches, and warm Lebanese hospitality, Ovun Bistro is making its mark on Riyadh’s ever-evolving dining scene.
Riyadh’s dining scene is moving fast, with new restaurants and culinary concepts popping up across the capital. Yet, amid all the excitement, Ovun Bistro brings the familiar flavours of the Levant together with a more contemporary dining experience.
Located in Riyadh’s Al Sulaymaniyah district, Ovun Bistro sits in a neighbourhood already packed with dining hotspots. Rather than trying to reinvent Lebanese cuisine completely, the restaurant takes a more considered approach. It stays close to the flavours, recipes and hospitality that make Lebanese food so loved.

The restaurant is overseen by Chef Alain Geaam, whose approach is reflected in the kitchen’s focus on consistency, quality, creativity and attention to detail. It’s an approach that has helped Ovun Bistro earn a place in the MICHELIN Guide 2026 and gain recognition within Riyadh’s increasingly competitive restaurant scene, including a nomination in the FACT Riyadh Dining Awards 2026.
Ovun Bistro’s menu is extensive, giving diners plenty to explore, whether they’re after familiar Lebanese favourites or looking to try something a little different. The meal starts with mezze. Classics such as tabbouleh, fattoush, hummus, baba ganoush and muhammara sit alongside fatayer, making it easy to build a table full of dishes designed for sharing. For mains, dishes include Kabab Arnabi, Kibbeh bel Laban, Kharouf and several items prepared in the Josper oven or over charcoal. With a wide selection of desserts, you’re in for a hearty Lebanese meal in the Saudi capital.

As Riyadh continues to establish itself as one of the region’s most exciting culinary destinations, Ovun Bistro is carving out a place of its own. So, if you’re craving authentic Lebanese flavours served in a beautiful, relaxed setting, Ovun Bistro is certainly one to add to your Riyadh dining list.
