Guests can enjoy state-of-the-art holistic experiences.

The Red Sea Project is one of the most exciting megaprojects in Saudi Arabia. It has welcomed world-famous hospitality brands, all offering glorious getaways. Now, it can add Jayasom Wellness Resort, Amaala to that ever-expanding list.

Set to open in 2026, Jayasom Wellness Resort, AMAALA will bring together evidence-based medicine, holistic healing traditions, and mindful lifestyle practices to create a new standard in sustainable wellbeing.
True to its name, which is rooted in the words “Jay,” meaning heart, and “Asom,” meaning place, Jayasom is conceived as “a place for the heart” where guests can feel deeply connected to themselves and the landscape. Located on Triple Bay’s horseshoe-shaped land, Jayasom Wellness Resort, Amaala prides itself on creating an integrative, multigenerational health offering. In total, the luxury resort will feature 153 rooms and 24 residences.

Jayasom Wellness Resort will be a family-friendly destination. Spanning more than 7,000 square metres, the facilities will encompass health and physiotherapy suites, fitness and movement studios, mindfulness and energy work spaces, nutrition and conscious cuisine, a therapeutic spa, and minimally invasive aesthetic medicine backed by U.S. FDA-approved technologies. Retreats will cover couples reconnection, women’s-only escapes, leadership and performance, equine-assisted experiences, marine-based activities, detox journeys, and sound healing.

The resort will also champion TAIM (Traditional Arab and Islamic Medicine), an integrative healing tradition centred on balance, prevention, and harmony across body, mind, and spirit. These evidence-informed protocols will draw on centuries of regional knowledge, from herbal remedies and nutrition to emotional and spiritual practices, reinterpreted for today’s global traveller.

Sustainability and community are woven into the concept. Guided by the ethos “tread lightly, live well”, the resort will introduce a signature organic farm that will supply fresh produce, support biodiversity, and act as a hands-on learning hub for guests of all ages.

Jayasom Wellness Resort will also boast health-focused experiences, from wellness trails to a yoga pavilion. Plus, guests can enjoy healthy-inspired cuisine at multiple restaurants.

“Jayasom was born from a belief that wellness is a practice-grounded in presence, learning, and the quiet courage to be still,” said Karen Campbell, CEO of Jayasom. “At AMAALA, we will provide the space and support to restore balance, breathe deeply, and reconnect with wisdom – ancient and modern, personal and shared. Our commitment is to deliver wellness with integrity and compassion, empowering guests to carry forward habits that enrich their lives long after they return home.”

Upon completion, Amaala will be home to more than 25 hotels, 3,000 rooms and 900 residential villas, apartments and estate homes. Plus, there will be plenty of fine dining restaurants, high-end shops, and recreational facilities.

Expected to open in 2026 at Triple Bay, Jayasom Wellness Resort, AMAALA will blend evidence-based medicine, holistic healing, and Traditional Arab and Islamic Medicine in a luxury setting dedicated to multi-generational wellbeing and light-footprint living.
