The project is part of a new phase by ASFAR, the Saudi Tourism Investment Company.
Kaynouna Beach Club is set to bring a new rhythm to Yanbu’s shoreline in 2026. Announced as part of ASFAR’s next wave of investments, the coastal destination forms one half of a dual reveal that also includes Gakmra Adventure Park in Al Baha. Together, the launches underscore ASFAR’s commitment to elevating tourism infrastructure and fueling long-term growth across Saudi Arabia.
Positioned in the heart of the Red Sea Riviera, Kaynouna Beach Club has been developed by Baheej, a subsidiary of ASFAR, in collaboration with the Tamimi and AWN Alliance. The vision blends a strong sense of place with easygoing beach living, creating a setting where local identity meets modern leisure. The destination places wellness and relaxation at its core, inviting guests to embrace the region’s natural beauty while enjoying contemporary comforts.

Plans outline a considered waterfront experience. The mixed-use development will include a wellness resort, a Cloud7 Lifestyle hotel, a signature beach club, and a marine visitor centre. Programming will be curated by JABA, Baheej’s destination management company, which will operate city and beach excursions, island trips, cultural tours, and a range of water-based activities. The goal is an integrated, guest-first model that encourages discovery and extends stays.
As a new destination management company under Baheej, JABA will serve as the operational arm for upcoming tourism sites, delivering specialised services and raising standards across the visitor journey. The strategy looks beyond established hubs and invests in places where local character and community can shape the experience.
With Kaynouna Beach Club, Yanbu is poised to welcome a new era of coastal escape, set against the Red Sea and designed for wellness, culture, and year-round leisure.
