Riyadh, are you ready? Just when we thought we couldn’t be more excited about MDLBeast Soundstorm 2025, the region’s biggest music festival has announced further additions to its star-studded musical lineup.

MDLBeast Soundstorm 2025 runs from 11 to 13 December and is in its fifth edition. Taking place in the Banban desert outside of Riyadh, the festival is your chance to catch local and international talent in the Kingdom.

Bedouin: 11 December 2025

The genre-blending DJ and production duo of Tamer Malki and Rami Abousabe are known for weaving Middle Eastern influences into melodic house. Their 2023 debut album, Temple of Dreams, cemented their sound with standouts like “Rise and Fall” and “Voices In My Head.” Fan favourites tracks to hear at MDLBeast Soundstorm include “Hologram,” “Straight To The Heart,” and “Wastelands.”


Benson Boone: 11 December 2025

With a set primed for cathartic chorus moments and big-screen emotion, Benson Boone makes his Saudi debut at MDLBEast Soundstorm 2025. Expect chart favourites “Beautiful Things” and “Slow It Down,” alongside fan picks like “In The Stars,” delivered with his trademark, drum-tight dynamics. The singer first gained attention through TikTok and a brief appearance on American Idol, yet it was his debut single, “Ghost Town: in 2021, that skyrocketed him from viral newcomer to arena headliner.


Black Coffee: 11 December 2025

Black Coffee is no stranger to Saudi Arabia. The South African DJ and producer is celebrated for his unique fusion of house music with soulful elements, African rhythms, organic electronics, jazz influences, and evocative vocals, earning his signature style the name “Afropolitan House.” With a coveted Grammy Award, the Best International DJ award at the 2015 BET Awards, and a consistent presence on the prestigious Top 100 DJs list, Black Coffee’s influence on the global music scene is undeniable.


Calvin Harris: 11 December 2025

With more than 56 billion combined audio and video streams, Calvin Harris remains a defining figure in modern dance music. His career includes collaborations with Frank Ocean, Pharrell Williams, Rihanna, The Weeknd, and Travis Scott. The accolades match the numbers, with five Grammy nominations and a Grammy Award for Best Music Video in 2013 for “We Found Love”. His latest track, “Blessings”, recently reached the coveted Beatport No. 1 and has drawn support from across the electronic spectrum.


Camelphat: 11 December 2025

CamelPhat are the Grammy-nominated Liverpool duo Dave Whelan and Mike Di Scala. They broke globally with “Cola” (with Elderbrook), a club-smashing earworm that earned platinum status and a Grammy nod. Their catalogue balances underground pressure and festival euphoria on hits like “Panic Room” (CamelPhat remix) with Au/Ra, “Breathe” with Cristoph feat. DJ Snake: 11 December 2025

For those who are unversed, DJ Snake is one of the most influential names in the EDM scene. Born William Grigahcine in France, the French-Algerian DJ and producer first burst onto the music scene in 2013 and turned heads across the globe. A global powerhouse in electronic music, DJ Snake is best known for international mega-hits like “Turn Down for What”, “Lean On”, “Let Me Love You”, and “Taki Taki”.


Don Diablo: 11 December 2025

The Dutch future-house pioneer and Hexagon label boss brings festival-sized energy to MDLBEAST Soundstorm. Expect a sleek, uplifting set packed with his biggest records including “On My Mind,” “Cutting Shapes,” and “Chemicals” with Tiësto, alongside vocal anthems like “Survive” (with Emeli Sandé and Gucci Mane) and “Brave” (with Jessie J).


Don Toliver: 11 December 2025

Houston native Don Toliver broke out on Travis Scott’s “Can’t Say” (2018), then vaulted into solo stardom when “No Idea” went viral on TikTok, paving the way for “After Party,” “Lemonade,” and an album run from Heaven or Hell to Life of a Don, Love Sick, and 2024’s Hardstone Psycho. In 2025, he unveiled the Pharrell-produced “LV Bag” with BTS’s J-Hope, which he previewed at Louis Vuitton’s Paris runway. On the release front, he linked with DJ Snake for the single “Something Wrong” in August and dropped his own smooth, Cardo-produced “Tiramisu” in September. Kaytranada: 11 December 2025

Kaytranada’s groove engine is tailor-made for Soundstorm’s desert setting. Born Louis Kevin Celestin, the Haitian-Canadian DJ and producer is known for his groove-led blends of house, hip-hop and R&B. His second album “BUBBA” (2019) earned two Grammys in 2021, including Best Dance/Electronic Album and Best Dance Recording for “10%” with Kali Uchis. Expect precision transitions, velvet-thick basslines, and a BPM sweet spot that keeps your hands in the air during tracks like “Lite Spots” and “Intimidated.”


Lil Yachty: 11 December 2025

Born Miles Parks McCollum, Lil Yachty is an Atlanta-bred rapper who sailed into the mainstream with syrupy melodies and buoyant hooks. Breaking out via “One Night” and “Minnesota,” he hit global charts with D.R.A.M.’s “Broccoli” and KYLE’s “iSpy,” before delivering fan-favourites like “Peek A Boo,” “Oprah’s Bank Account” with Drake and DaBaby, and the viral “Poland.” A restless collaborator, he’s worked with artists from City Girls to Tame Impala, blending trap, pop and psychedelic experiments.


Major Lazer: 11 December 2025

Major Lazer’s sound system energy is festival rocket fuel. The trio consists of American DJ Diplo, Jamaican-American MC Walshy Fire, and American DJ-producer Ape Drums. The group’s music pulsates with the soul of Jamaican dancehall and reggae, infused with the electrifying energy of EDM. In Riyadh, count on whiplash tempo switches and global bass bangers that turn fields into mosh pits. “Lean On,” “Light It Up,” and “Cold Water” remain guaranteed ignition points, weaving dancehall DNA with pop precision.


Post Malone: 11 December 2025

Post Malone’s return to the Soundstorm stage will stitch hip-hop, pop, and rock into a sing-every-word spectacle. “Sunflower,” “Circles”, and “Chemical” are built for mass euphoria, while deeper cuts are likely to keep the set list unpredictable. Swedish House Mafia: 11 December 2025

Swedish House Mafia will make its return to MDLBeast Soundstorm this year. They’ve been making waves in the EDM scene for years, and their energy-packed performances are legendary. This trio has a knack for turning any event into an epic party. So when you combine their beats and the desert backdrop of Riyadh, you know it’s going to be a night for the books. Get ready to dance the night away to their hit tracks like “Don’t You Worry Child” and “Save the World”.


Tyla: 11 December 2025

Tyla is a South African singer who blends amapiano with pop and R&B. She broke out globally with “Water,” which hit the Top 10 in the US and UK and won the inaugural Grammy for Best African Music Performance. Standout tracks include “Push 2 Start” and “Truth Or Dare,” showcasing her sleek, rhythmic hooks and soft, intimate vocals. Tyla is expected to perform a crowd-pleasing set built around her chart hits when she hits the stage at MDLBEAST Soundstorm.


Anyma: 12 December 2025

Anyma will make its Saudi Arabia debut at MDLBeast Soundstorm this year. After wowing audiences across the world and in the UAE recently, this performance was much-awaited in the Kingdom. Anyma is the solo project of Matteo Milleri, who is also one-half of the acclaimed electronic duo Tale Of Us. Known for his melodic techno sound paired with mind-bending visuals, Anyma has become a must-see act on the global EDM circuit, and his upcoming gig in Riyadh promises to be a stunning one.


ARTBAT: 12 December 2025

For those unfamiliar with the name, ARTBAT is an EDM duo from Ukraine. Comprising Artur Kryvenko and Batish Limarenko, the duo burst into the music world in the mid-2010s and has since carved out a niche with their blend of techno, deep house, and progressive beats. Their big break came with the release of “Mandrake,” which quickly became a favourite on global dance floors. Since then, ARTBAT has dominated the charts with massive hits like “For A Feeling,” “Flame”, and “Upperground.”


Ava Max: 12 December 2025

Ava Max (born Amanda Ava Koçi) is an Albanian-American pop singer best known for glossy, high-energy hits and anthemic hooks. Bringing pure pop to MDLBeast Soundstorm 2025, expect mass sing-alongs to “Sweet but Psycho,” “Kings & Queens,” and “My Head & My Heart,” alongside newer era cuts like “Lost Your Faith” and “Lovin’ Myself.”


Ben Böhmer: 12 December 2025

The Berlin-based producer Ben Böhmer is celebrated for luminous, melodic house. His breakout debut album, Breathing (2019), introduced fan favourites such as “Breathing.” He’s known for euphoric singles and collaborations, including “Beyond Beliefs,” Erase”, and “Weightless” with Panama.


Fisher: 12 December 2025

DJ Fisher, originally named Paul Nicholas Fisher, is an Australian music producer who has taken the house and techno scene by storm. Born in 1986 on the Gold Coast, his journey began not behind the decks, but riding the waves. He and fellow surfer Leigh Sedz Sedley formed the DJ duo Cut Snake, spinning tunes while travelling the pro surfing circuit. And now, he’s back in Saudi Arabia for MDLBeast Soundstorm 2025.


Idris Elba: 12 December 2025

Idris Elba brings serious club credentials to Soundstorm 2025 in Riyadh. Known for feel-good house and techno with Afro flavours, the actor-producer has carved a distinct lane via his 7 Wallace label and high-energy festival sets. Recent highlights include a surprise b2b with Kaskade at Coachella 2025, plus originals like “It’s Ours” with ARTBAT and David Guetta.


Loyle Carner: 12 December 2025

Loyle Carner offers a different kind of elevation at MDLBeast Soundstorm, swapping pyrotechnics for poetic detail and jazz-kissed beats. The English rapper from South London is known for jazz-tinted, confessional hip hop. His albums include the Mercury-nominated “Yesterday’s Gone,” “Not Waving, but Drowning”, and “Hopefully!” Notable tracks span “Ottolenghi,” “Loose Ends,” “Hate,” and “Nobody Knows (Ladas Road),” showcasing the flow and warmth that made him a critic’s favourite.


Metro Boomin: 12 December 2025

Metro Boomin — originally Leland Tyler Wayne — is a powerhouse in the music production industry. He started making tunes when he was a teen, and by the time he was 19, his debut mixtape, 19 & Boomin, had already become a favourite. Known for his groundbreaking work in hip-hop and trap, Metro Boomin will showcase his impressive discography, including Not All Heroes Wear Capes and Savage Mode. He’s also collaborated with artists like Drake, Future and 21 Savage.


Miguel: 12 December 2025

Miguel brings his smooth vocals and genre-blending sound to Saudi Arabia this year. With his Grammy-winning hit “Adorn” and songs like “Sure Thing” and “Sky Walker,” the singer is guaranteed to serenade the crowd, promising an epic night of music.


Pitbull: 12 December 2025

Pitbull, also lovingly known as Mr Worldwide, is a Cuban-American rapper and pop icon who has been wowing fans in Saudi Arabia with his music. Famous for hits like “Give Me Everything,” “Timber,” and “Feel This Moment,” his fusion of hip-hop, Latin, and dance music has made him a global superstar. While Pitbull hasn’t performed in Saudi Arabia before, he’s now set to bring his show to MDLBeast Soundstorm, marking his debut in the Kingdom.


Salvatore Ganacci: 12 December 2025

Bosnian-Swedish DJ and producer Salvatore Ganacci has built a cult following on the global festival circuit, pairing tongue-in-cheek theatrics with serious dancefloor power. Born Emir Kobilić in Sarajevo and raised in Sweden, he broke through with early collaborations like “Fresh” before signing to Refune and carving out his own lane in electronic music. Viral Tomorrowland sets turned him into memeable must-see viewing, but the catalogue backs up the chaos: from “Talk” and dancehall-tinted “Nah Tell Dem” to the explosive “Horse,” “Step-Grandma,” “Fight Dirty” and “Take Me To America,” his hits keep crowds guessing and basslines heavy.

Adriatique will set the MDLBeast Soundstorm stage on fire. Their DJ set promises an immersive experience featuring mind-bending digital artistry, state-of-the-art lighting, and innovative production. Some of their biggest hits include “Home,” “Mystery,” and “Rollox.” Adriatique has also collaborated with some of the biggest names in music, including remixing hits for Swedish House Mafia and Elderbrook.


Afrojack: 13 December 2025

Afrojack hails from Holland. He went from learning graphic design to playing in local pubs. Today, he is one of the highest-earning DJs in the world. Over his career, he has collaborated with artists including David Guetta, Nicki Minaj and Missy Elliott. This won’t be the first time you can catch Afrojack in Saudi Arabia, as he previously performed at last year’s edition of MDLBeast Soundstorm and the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2023. Popular in the kingdom, he is loved for his high-energy shows, spinning hit after hit. We’re hoping he plays his famous numbers including “Ten Feet Tall,” “Turn up the Speaker” and “Unstoppable.” 


Armin van Buuren: 13 December 2025

Armin van Buuren is one of the world’s biggest DJs and producers. He was born in the Netherlands and has headlined shows and festivals worldwide, including Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Music Festival, and Tomorrowland. He has held residencies at Hï Ibiza and Las Vegas. The Dutch DJ is known for his hits “Blah Blah Blah,” “Great Spirit,” “Leave A Little Love,” “Music Means Love Forever,” and “This Is What It Feels Like.”


Cardi B: 13 December 2025

From The Bronx to Banban, Cardi B is coming to the Saudi capital. For those unversed, Cardi B — born as Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar — went from reality TV personality to one of the most influential rappers in the world. Her 2018 debut album Invasion of Privacy made history, earning her a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. It also made her the first solo female rapper to take home that title in 15 years. Since then, she’s dominated the charts with hits like “Bodak Yellow,” “I Like It,” “WAP,” and “Up.” This year, she returned in full force with her long-awaited sophomore album, Am I the Drama?, marking seven years since her groundbreaking debut. With her charged rap bars, Cardi B has garnered a huge fan following across the world, and Riyadh is no exception.

Born David Adedeji Adeleke, Davido is a Nigerian singer who has been at the forefront of the Afrobeats genre for over a decade. The Naples-born techno titan and founder of the Music On movement brings his precision grooves to MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2025. Nina Kraviz: 13 December 2025

Steve Aoki: 13 December 2025

Besides being a Grammy-nominated DJ, NFT visionary, and fashion designer, Steve Aoki is also known for cake-throwing acts during his shows. Anyone who has attended his live performances can vouch for just how high-impact and experiential they are – and his upcoming performance at Untold Dubai 2025 will be no different. He hails from Miami, Florida, and grew up in Newport Beach, California. He is best known as a DJ and record producer who dabbles in multiple genres and has collaborated with artists like BTS, Maluma, Linkin Park, Blink-182, One Direction, and more.


The Kid Laroi: 13 December 2025

The Kid Laroi, real name Charlton Kenneth Jeffrey Howard, hails from New South Wales, Australia. He was born into a musical family and started by uploading music to SoundCloud, eventually signing a development deal with Sony Music Australia. In 2018, he released his debut EP, 14 With a Dream. His singles include”Diva,” “Thousand Miles,” “Without You,” and “Stay,” a collaboration with Justin Bieber which spent six weeks at number one on the Hot 100. Over his career, he has collaborated with Miley Cyrus and Tokyo’s Revenge.


Young Thug: 13 December 2025

Originally named Jeffery Lamar Williams, Young Thug is an American rapper. Known for hits such as “Best Friend,” “The London” and “Franchise” with Travis Scott, he’s made a huge name for himself. He’s also won the Grammy Award for Song of the Year in 2019 for co-writing “This Is America,” and now he brings his music to Riyadh.
