Metallica to make its Saudi debut at MDLBeast Soundstorm 2023

Riyadh, get ready to rock.

Metalheads in Saudi Arabia, get ready to unleash your inner rock star because a legendary band is about to make history. Performing in the Kingdom for the first time is none other than Metallica. That’s right. The kings of metal are set to blow the roof off MDLBeast Soundstorm 2023 on 14 December.

Formed in 1981, Metallica has been the driving force behind heavy metal’s global domination. With James Hetfield’s unmistakable vocals, Lars Ulrich’s thunderous drumming, Kirk Hammett’s electrifying guitar solos, and Robert Trujillo’s bass mastery, this rock band is a powerhouse of musical talent.

Metallica’s discography boasts a treasure trove of headbanging anthems. From Fade to Black to Master of Puppets and One, each song is a sonic adventure. With several Grammy Awards and induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, they have proven time and again that they’re not just a band; they’re a musical institution.

Whether you’ve been a fan since the 80s or just discovered them recently, there’s something timeless about Metallica’s music that speaks to the rebel in all of us. And they’ll be opening MDLBeast Soundstorm 2023 in Riyadh next month.

MDLBeast Soundstorm 2023 runs from 14 to 16 December, promising a weekend of musical brilliance. Other artists to perform at this iconic event include Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, Calvin Harris, Chris Brown, David Guetta, J Balvin, Martin Garrix, Pharrell Williams, Swedish House Mafia, Wizkid and many others.
