Party the night away at Rave Connect in Riyadh

The line-up includes Ghassan, Leighross, OHM and Suay Doganay.

Put your hands in the air. Rave Connect’s Bozer is coming to Alammariyah Village in Riyadh on 11 August. The dance music festival brings together international as well as local artists and is set to be a showstopper. The line-up includes Ghassan, Leighross, OHM, Suay Doganay and Sam Wolfe.

Ghassan is a resident DJ at Bozer and helps get the party started. Scottish-born Leighross is a staple on the region’s techno scene. He has played across the GCC and is known for his melodic and minimalist techno sounds. OHM has mastered hypnotic harmonies, and his songs include Climate Change, Gotham City and Intergalactic.

The DJ and violinist Suay Doganay is from Turkey and has played across the world from India to France. Suay blurs the boundaries between electronic and classical music. She is best known for mixing afro house, deep house and classical sounds. The rising star Sam Wolfe hails from Atlanta, United States. His signature sound fuses aggressive yet hypnotic beats and bass.

Saudi Arabia is packed with cool concerts. Yellow Plus takes place from 3 to 4 August in Riyadh and brings together dance acts. AZIMUTH amplified by MDLBeast takes place from 21 to 22 September in AlUla. Plus, WEEKends Entertainment is launching Petros Night, which takes place on 28 and 29 December and will bring amazing acts to Jeddah.

Tickets for Rave Connect’s Bozer start from SAR 250. The general admission tickets range from SAR 250 to SAR 350. The VIP tickets range from SAR 500 to SAR 700. VIP tickets include access to exclusive bars, lounges and tables, and a meet and greet with the artists.

A sucker for a good story, if you invite Kohinoor to a gallery, comedy night, new restaurant, hiking trip, cycle ride, pool day or just about any activity, she’ll probably say yes – that is if she isn’t busy planning her next adventure.
