Expect handcrafted mocktails at the new nightlife spot.

Mocktail fans, we have some tasty news for you. Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre in Al Olaya has just welcomed a new bar, Tonic Bar. Specialising in handcrafted mocktails, the bar will present guests with exceptional non-alcoholic beverages.

However, it’s not only the opening of the Tonic Bar that has generated a buzz. According to Guenter H Gebhard, Regional Vice President & General Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this is Saudi Arabia’s first all-female bar staff. Taking to LinkedIn, he wrote: “This is Saudi Arabia’s first all-female bar team. What they bring, the presence, the care, the calm precision—is something else entirely. It’s leadership in action, every night, behind the bar.”

He added: “The goal was simple—create something Riyadh hasn’t seen. A space that feels current, confident, and connected to where the city is going.” And the bar manages to do just that.

Tonic Bar in Riyadh will bring together expert mixologists, aiming to create flavour combinations that awaken the senses. So far, the menu has not yet been revealed, but we know that it will be meticulously crafted.

When Tonic Bar in Riyadh opens, it will offer a range of exciting food and beverage options, joining its neighbour at Four Seasons Riyadh. The most recent addition is Pierre Hermé Patisserie, which has made its way from Paris to Riyadh. Check out the enchanting array of confectionery, from Plaisir Sucre dacquoise biscuits to nori seaweed-infused macarons.

Elements Artisinal Bakery offers freshly baked goods, which are made from organic flour and grain. Obaya Lounge has an unlikely inspiration: King Abdulaziz’s Arabian horse. The restaurant seamlessly blends traditional Saudi Arabian hospitality with a luxurious ambience. The Grill serves fresh seafood and meat, which is prepared in a semi-open kitchen.

Daniel Boulud’s Café Boulud is also now open, drawing inspiration from his grandmother’s cooking and promising a fine dining experience. In previous versions of the restaurant, a range of signature dishes is available, including Canard Rotisserie with duck, plums, and salad; Tartare De Boeuf with beef tartare, quail egg, and toasted baguette; Octopus with red Thai curry sauce and coconut; and Warm Madeleines.

Four Seasons Riyadh is situated in the Kingdom Tower and has become an iconic landmark in its own right. Perched between the 30th and 50th floors, it offers a spectacular view of the city and is home to 274 rooms and suites.
