Take your pick from French fancies at this sophisticated spot.

If you want to add a little ooh la la to your day, then we recommend heading down to Riyadh’s new restaurant. French Toast has opened in the Saudi Arabian capital, and serves brilliant breakfasts. So, if you want to start the day off in style, here’s what you need to know.

Located in Abi Bakr As Siddiq Rd, An Nada, French Toast is bringing a touch of chic to the capital. The venue has the kind of light that would make an estate agent excited, as it boasts floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings. Lookout for the beautiful bread displays, which make us want to unleash our inner Martha Stewart. Plus, there are stacked with books, plants, sculptures and vases.

There’s no need to worry about getting up early, as French Toast in Riyadh serves an all-day breakfast. Take your pick from excellent egg dishes, which include Bresaola and Egg, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Salmon Florentine, Scrambled Eggs and Shakshuka. Plus, following in its namesake, there are French toast options, from Avocado French Toast to Granola French Toast.

French Toast in Riyadh’s menu also spans salads and soups. The salads include Beetroot Quinoa, Kale and Mediterranean. The soups include Carrots and Ginger, Dubarry and Kale. Plus, there are rolls and burgers, which range from a Chicken Burger to Veggie Burger.

Leave room for dessert, as the menu has got the sweet treats covered. If you want to stay on theme, order one of the French-inspired desserts. French Alps Forest comes with berries, chantilly cream and meringue served on French toast. French Flair Selection consists of three mini French toasts with lemon tart, tartin tart and berries with cream. Plus, the restaurant pays homage to its location with the Saudi French Toast, which comes with almonds, ice cream, local dates and hazelnuts with French toast.

Merci, French Toast.
