Join Elemental Restaurant Riyadh’s pop-up dinner with guest chefs

Maria Bizri and Briony Lewis join the restaurant from 12 to 13 October. 

Elemental Restaurant Riyadh is mixing things up and hosting a special pop-up dinner. The restaurant is welcoming the chefs Maria Bizri and Briony Lewis from 12 to 13 October. The multi-course menu will mix fine dining and international flair, and looks set to be an exceptional experience.  

Maria is a Lebanese chef and restaurateur. With a passion for Middle Eastern and North African cuisine, she is behind the restaurant Pomegranate in Hong Kong. She prides herself on innovating traditional recipes. She explained: “This event is a celebration of our shared love for food and the joy of creating lasting memories.” 

Briony has worked with restaurants in Australia, London and super yachts across the world, and cooked for celebrities and royals. She loves to take local ingredients and give them an international twist. She added: “I’m really excited to come to Riyadh and experience the local produce, I hear they have some of the best lamb in the world.” 

Elemental Restaurant Riyadh’s pop-up menu will cover seven courses. The collaboration between the two chefs combines local ingredients with international flavours. Drawing inspiration from supper clubs, it will bring together strangers around the dining table, as conversation flows over food. Plus, there will be a dedicated mixologist making mocktails.
