The Kingdom’s live entertainment scene continues to evolve, and this May, one of electronic music’s most influential names is set to return to the capital. Carl Cox will headline In Act – Act VIII at JAX District in Riyadh on Friday, 8 May 2026, promising a night built around big beats and immersive production.

A towering figure in global club culture, Carl Cox has spent decades shaping the electronic music landscape. Rising to prominence in the 1980s, the British DJ and producer became known for his electrifying sets, genre-spanning selections and unmistakable stage presence. Over the years, he has performed at some of the world’s most celebrated festivals and venues, including Burning Man, Glastonbury and Ultra Music Festival, cementing his reputation as one of the scene’s true greats.

His sets can travel through techno, house and rave classics, while also weaving in elements of Chicago house, electro, rare groove and hip-hop.
