Groove on the Grass Riyadh 2025 is coming to JAX Viewpoint in Diriyah. Taking place on 17 October, the music festival promises a fun-filled night out. The event brings together local as well as international musicians, alongside food and fashion stalls.
This year’s line-up features an exciting mix of talent. The international acts include Giorgia Angiuli, Glowal, and Henri Bergmann. The local acts include Dish Dash, Deian, Darko Delix, Moses, Noa, and Kayan. The location is fitting for a cultural night out. JAX District is a cool, creative hub that brings together artists and galleries.
Groove on the Grass has been running for almost 10 years and started life in Dubai, UAE. In February 2022, the festival returned to the UAE with a twist and was held at Dunes Resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The festival has been influential in the Middle East’s music scene, introducing more than 180 artists to the region. Plus, it has been key in showcasing local dance acts to a broader market.
The first Saudi Groove took place in May 2022 in Jeddah, featuring artists like Birds of Mind, Dish Dash, Dorar, Varoo, and Vinyl Mode. The second edition followed in September 2022, also in Jeddah. The line-up included Cosmicat, Deian, Dish Dash, Loush, Maga, Patrice Bäumel, S-Dons, Voidkid, and Yulia Niko.
