  • Le Parc will make its Middle East debut on Amaala Island.

  • The expansion forms part of a wider AED 155 million Middle East growth plan.

Tashas Group has announced its largest expansion plan to date, with three concepts confirmed for Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea destination.

Tashas Group is entering a new culinary chapter, and Saudi Arabia is firmly at the centre of its plans. The hospitality group has announced the largest expansion programme in its history, with 16 new openings planned globally across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Greece by 2027. This includes three major restaurant openings at Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea destination. Avli and Galaxy Bar will open on Shura Island, while Le Parc will make its Middle East debut on Amaala Island.

Avli will bring Tashas Group’s celebrated Greek dining concept to Shura Island. Inspired by the warmth of the Mediterranean and Natasha Sideris’ Greek heritage, the restaurant has become known for its relaxed approach to contemporary Greek cuisine. The Saudi Arabia opening will introduce guests to a menu rooted in generous sharing plates, bright flavours and a strong sense of place. Avli’s arrival at The Red Sea feels like a natural fit, with its coastal character, sun-soaked aesthetic and social dining style aligning with the destination’s island setting. For visitors staying on Shura Island, it will offer a refined but welcoming restaurant experience built around food, design and connection.

Galaxy Bar will also open on Shura Island, bringing an intimate cocktail-led concept to Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. The brand has built its identity around immersive interiors, atmospheric lighting and a drinks programme designed for late-night socialising. At The Red Sea, Galaxy Bar will add a sophisticated nightlife element to the destination, catering to hotel guests, residents and visitors looking for a more elevated after-dark experience. The concept is likely to stand apart from traditional hotel bars, with a stronger emphasis on storytelling, ambience and carefully crafted beverages.

Le Parc will make its Middle East debut at Amaala, marking a significant moment for Tashas Group’s regional growth. The concept is designed as a lifestyle dining destination, blending café culture, elegant interiors and a more relaxed all-day approach. As Amaala develops into a wellness and luxury destination, Le Parc’s arrival will add a softer, social layer to the island’s dining scene. The concept is wellp-suited to long breakfasts, leisurely lunches and relaxed gatherings, offering a contrast to the more formal restaurant experience. Its Saudi Arabia launch also forms part of a wider strategy to grow Le Parc across the Middle East and South Africa.

Natasha Sideris, Founder and CEO of Tashas Group, said: “For many years, growth was never our primary objective. Our focus was always on creating brands that people genuinely connected with and experiences that guests wanted to return to time and again. What we are seeing today is the result of that foundation and our confidence in the future of the UAE and the wider region remains incredibly strong.

The Red Sea destination continues to attract leading international names, and the arrival of three new Tashas Group concepts in Saudi Arabia adds further culinary depth to one of the world’s most ambitious tourism developments.
